Why is my iPhone eSIM stuck on “Activating”?
If your eSIM seems frozen on “Activating” even though you're in the right region and the installation process was completed correctly, try this quick fix:
- Swipe down from the top-right of the screen to open Control Center
- Turn Airplane Mode ON, wait 30 seconds
- Turn Airplane Mode OFF, wait another 30 seconds
- Head to Settings > Cellular and check if the eSIM has fully activated
