Why does my iPhone display “No SIM” or “Invalid SIM”?

Seeing a 'No SIM' or 'Invalid SIM' warning? That usually means your device is either having trouble reading your SIM card or there’s a configuration issue.

Try these steps:

  1. Restart your device
  2. Go to Settings > General > About
  3. If a software update is available, tap Update
  4. If the issue persists, eject the physical SIM, check for damage, and reinsert it carefully

Still no luck? It might be time to contact Apple Support for a deeper check.
