Traveler Registration Guide for Travelers Using eSIM in Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan

To prevent illegal activities (such as voice phishing and blocking internet calls), some countries are implementing a traveler registration system.

Notes

• Before starting traveler registration, please make sure to check the following.
• To complete traveler registration, please install an eSIM, then set Data Roaming to ON.
• If an eSIM is not installed, traveler registration cannot be completed.
• Minors cannot submit traveler registration by themselves. If a minor is using an eSIM, please submit traveler registration using the guardian’s passport.
• When submitting traveler registration, you can select [+] button next to the ICCID field to submit two or more ICCID numbers simultaneously.

Before starting the registration process, please prepare items below:

1. Passport Photo

• Please prepare your passport before starting traveler registration.
• Copies, screenshots, or other forms of identification cannot be used.
• Please take a photo of the page showing your face.

2. ICCID

• Find in email voucher : Check the purchase information at the bottom of the email voucher you received.
• Find in registered phone (after eSIM installation) :

*iOS: [Settings] - [General] - [About] - Scroll down to find ICCID

*Android: [Settings] - [Connections] - [SIM Manager] - [Additional Info] - Find ICCID

Once preparation is complete, click on the Traveler Registration Link and follow our guidelines below.

* Please upload the passport page that includes your photo.

Guidelines for taking a passport photo:

• Make sure the image is clear, with no shadows or glare.
• Capture all four edges of the page without anything being cut off.
• Ensure the page appears straight and rectangular in the photo.

Once the upload is complete, the following screen will appear.
If the passport photo is valid, the information will be automatically filled in.

After traveler registration is successfully completed, you will see the confirmation screen below.
