QR Code Generation Error

If you encounter a "Unable to issue QR Code" message, it may be due to the eSIM product not supporting QR installation or a system delay. Typically, QR codes are generated 2–3 minutes after activation. If the error appears twice consecutively, please contact our customer support for prompt assistance.
