Manually Changing Network Selection

If your connection is unstable or slow, switching to a different available network may help. Most devices automatically connect to the optimal network, but you can override this manually.

For iOS Devices

1. Go to Settings > Cellular
2. Select your BENOsim
3. Tap Network Selection
4. Disable automatic mode and choose from the list of available carriers. If no list appears within 30–40 seconds, restart your device and try again.

For Android Devices

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Tap Mobile Networks
3. Select Access Point Names and tap BENOsim.
4. Manually select a different carrier from the list.
