How to Locate Your ICCID

Each eSIM or physical SIM card is assigned a unique identifier known as an ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier).

This number helps distinguish one SIM from another and is sometimes requested by our support team to confirm whether your BENOsim has been properly installed.

On iPhone or iPad:

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data)
  • Locate your list of SIMs and ensure your BENOsim is enabled

(If not, tap on it and switch “Turn On This Line” to ON)

  • Return to the Settings menu
  • Select General > About
  • Scroll down to find the ICCID for any active SIMs

On Samsung Devices:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Connections
  • Tap SIM Manager
  • Ensure your BENOsim is active

(If it is not enabled, switch it ON to access the ICCID)

  • Tap your eSIM profile
  • Select More Information to view the ICCID

Note: On some Samsung models, the ICCID may be found under About Phone > Status > SIM Status or IMEI Information

On Google Pixel:

  • Open Settings
  • Go to Network & Internet
  • Tap SIMs
  • Confirm that your BENOsim is turned ON
  • Return to Settings
  • Scroll to and tap About Phone
  • Choose SIM Status to view the ICCID

If the ICCID is not visible for your BENOsim, it may indicate the installation was incomplete or unsuccessful.

Please reach out to our support team via live chat or email at help@benosim.com for assistance.
