How do I install an eSIM using “Automatic Installation” on iOS devices?

1. Tap Auto Installation

Open the [My eSIM] menu in the BENOsim app, and select [Auto Installation] for your purchased eSIM.

2. Allow Installation

When you tap [Auto Installation], the screen will automatically navigate to [Cellular], and a pop-up will appear.
Tap [Allow] on the pop-up.

3. Activate eSIM

Tap [Continue] on the screen.

4. Complete Cellular Setup

Tap [Done] on the screen to complete the setup.

5. Customize Plan Labels

You can customize your eSIM label here. Tap the label to rename it—let’s use “BENOsim” as an example.

When you’re done, tap [Continue] to proceed.

6. Calls & Messages

Choose [Primary] for your default line for calls and messages. Then tap [Continue].

7. iMessage & FaceTime

Choose [Primary] for your default line for iMessage and FaceTime. Then tap [Continue].

8. Cellular Data

Choose [BENOsim] for your default line for cellular data. Make sure [Allow Cellular Data Switching] is turned OFF.

Then tap [Continue] to finish the setup.
