eSIM Activation Instructions for Android

1. Turn on Your eSIM After Arrival

Go to [Settings > Connections > SIM Manager] and switch eSIM(BENOsim) to On.

2. Set Mobile Data to eSIM

Select eSIM(BENOsim) as your Mobile Data line, and make sure Data Switching is set to Off.

3. Enable Data Roaming

Go to [Settings > Connections]. Then tap [Global roaming] or [Mobile networks] — this step may vary depending on your device or carrier.

*For local network plans, please keep Data Roaming turned Off.

Turn [Data roaming] ON.

4. Confirm Activation

If two signal bars appear at the top of your screen, your eSIM has been successfully activated.

*Only one line will appear if your device does not have a physical SIM card, or if your current mobile line is turned off.
